Sam Costantino is extremely excited to return to Stage Door Players for Annie Get Your Gun! His other Stage Door appearances include On Golden Pond (Billy) and The Mystery of Edwin Drood (Nick Cricker, Jr.). Sam has performed in other professional productions in Atlanta: A Christmas Story (Georgia Shakespeare), Assassins (Fabrefaction), Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson (Actor's Express) and The Velveteen Rabbit (Serenbe Playhouse). Other favorite roles in school productions are Oliver! (Oliver, St. Thomas More); Into the Woods (Jack), Lucky Stiff (Harry Witherspoon) and Shrek The Musical (Pinocchio), performed at Marist School. George Deavours is delighted to be joining the amazing cast of Annie Get Your Gun, and reuniting with friends from Kiss Me, Kate! Recent stage appearances include John Adams in 1776 at the Legacy Theatre, and Maurice in Beauty and the Beast at the Atlanta Lyric Theatre. A veteran of over 75 shows, some favorite roles include: Gus, the Theater Cat in CATS, Amos Hart in Chicago, Albin/Zaza in la Cage aux Folles, Major-General Stanley in The Pirates of Penzance, Beadle Bamford in Sweeney Todd, Baldy in A Man of No Importance, Mr. Weber/ Cigar in Gypsy. Immediately after Annie Get your Gun, George will be appearing as Alfred Doolittle in My Fair Lady at the Atlanta Lyric Theatre. The wig designer for over 250 shows, some credits include Kiss Me, Kate!, The Producers, Dreamgirls, High Society, Once Upon a Mattress, Guys and Dolls, Ragtime, Legally Blonde, Gypsy, Beehive, Thoroughly Modern Millie, White Christmas, and The Mikado. A professional hairstylist, he has a studio at French Door Salon in Duluth.
Hao Feng is ecstatic to be making his Stage Door debut! Hao double majored in Piano and Neuroscience at Emory University, holds an M.Phil in Music and Science from the University of Cambridge, and will be attending California Institute of the Arts for an MFA in Acting this fall. Hao also just completed an acting apprenticeship at Serenbe Playhouse this past year. Alexandra Ficken is so excited to be performing at Stage Door Players for the first time! She is an Atlanta native with BA degrees in musical theatre and dance from The University of Alabama. Shelby Folks is stoked to be making her return to Stage Door! She is a recent graduate of the '15-'16 Serenbe Playhouse Apprentice Company and holds a B.F.A. in Musical Theatre. Last summer, she was happy to be seen on stage in Kiss Me, Kate!. During her apprenticeship, her Serenbe credits include: The Secret Garden (Mary Lennox), Evita (Heavenly Friend/ensemble), Carousel (ensemble/Julie Jordan u/s), Snow Queen (Kaja/Ingerborg). She has also been seen in Wisdom of Eve at Gypsy Theatre as Vera Franklin. Many thanks to my sweet family for the light and joy they bring into my life. Benny Higgins Is so excited to be making his debut with Stage Door Players. Benny is currently pursuing his final year as a BFA acting major with The University of North Georgia and is a part of The Gainesville Theatre Alliance. Credits include Lumiere in Beauty and the Beast this past Fall with GTA as well as Godspell (Benny), The Great Gatsby (Nick Carroway) and Peter and the Starcatcher (Mrs. Bumbrick). Paige Mattox is thrilled to be spending another summer here at the Stage Door. You might remember her superior slapping skills from Kiss Me, Kate! (Lilli Vanessi), or her male impersonation from The Mystery of Edwin Drood (Drood). Other Atlanta appearances include My Fair Lady (Ms. Pearce) at Georgia Ensemble, Cowgirls (Lee) at Horizon Theatre, Kiss of the Spider Woman (Marta) at Actor's Express, and various productions with Fabrefaction, including Urinetown, Little Women, and Titanic. Regional favorites include South Pacific (Nellie Forbush), Sound of Music (Maria), and White Christmas (Betty Haynes) with Prather Entertainment. Paige holds a BFA in Musical Theatre from the University of Mississippi. Nolan Martin is happy to join Stage Door Players again for Annie Get Your Gun. He last appeared here in The Mystery of Edwin Drood. Nolan has recently been seen in the area with the combat team for the Georgia Renaissance Festival, as Heinz/Hitler Youth in And Then They Came for Me with Georgia Ensemble Theatre, and Starkey in Peter Pan with the Lyric. Other credits include: West Side Story (Krupke/Glandhand) at the Lyric; Beauty and the Beast (Francis/Beast) with Georgia Ensemble, Christmas Carol (Young Ebenezaer) at Academy, The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee (Leaf Coneybear) at OnStage Atlanta, Assassins (John Hinckley Jr.) at Trumpet in the Land. Leah Parris is thrilled to be performing at Stage Door Players for the first time! After completing a BA in Voice, Theatre, and French from Mercer University in 2014, Leah moved to Atlanta and has been teaching dance with Once Upon A Ballet & The Musical Theater Center and performing professionally since. She has appeared in “The Pirates of Penzance” (Atlanta Opera), as Cinderella in “Into the Woods” (The Legacy Theatre), as the Snow Angel at Stone Mountain Park, and most recently as Hope Cladwell in “Urinetown” (Act3 Productions). Michael L Pugh is excited to be making his Stage Door Players premier. Michael was last seen in The Laramie Project, produced by Independent Artist's Playhouse with whom he is an artistic associate. He spends his time between projects working as a performer at Stone Mountain Park and as a freelance carpenter. Jeremy Wood is an Atlanta-based actor with a B.F.A. in Music and Theatre from the former Shorter College. Jeremy has toured nationally and internationally with the national tour of Grease as well as the first national tour of Ring of Fire. Jeremy was recognized by the Kennedy Center in 2003 for his work as a fight choreographer with the American College Theatre Festival's award-winning production of Jekyll and Hyde and is also the recipient of 2 New Hampshire Theatre Awards. In 2010 he was included in Creative Loafing's top 10 performances in Atlanta and was awarded Best Featured Actor in a Musical in the 2011 Suzi Bass Awards for his role as “Cosmo Brown” in Aurora Theatre's Singin' in the Rain. Jeremy is excited and grateful to return to Stage Door Players for this production of Annie Get Your Gun.
